This website is operated by Café de Paulo, based in Inverness, Scotland. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Café de Paulo. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Product Information & Roasting Policy

We take pride in our specialty coffee. Each batch is roasted to order or in small quantities in Inverness to guarantee maximum freshness.

• Accuracy: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with the tasting notes (floral, fruity, etc.), but these are subjective.
• Packaging: Images on the website are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging may vary.

Online Store & Payments

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

• Shipping: We ship locally and internationally from Inverness. Once the order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
• Returns: Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on coffee. For brewing equipment or merchandise, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused and in original packaging.

In-Store Experience (Victorian Market, Cafe Victoria, Midmils)

Specific details regarding our three locations in Inverness (menus, daily specials, and opening hours) are updated regularly. However, we do not guarantee that all “highlighted dishes” shown on the website will be available at the time of your visit due to seasonal sourcing.
